Kanye West's Yeezus Album Finally Hits Gold

It is on the extreme side of the spectrum, however. "Of all of the people I work with, none of them have an armored vehicle," Bill Kirkpatrick, founder of the personal security outfit 360 Group International , tells me. "I know of one other colleague who uses armored cars for his clients." Instead, the most desperate measures a star tends to take, at least, in the relatively safe United States, are the hiding kind, not the parading-around-in-a-car-that-doubles-as-a-tank-kind. Around here, it's privacy, not safety, that stars still seem to value more. "We had a florist delivering flowers for an event and we put a client in that car," Kirkpatrick says by way of example.
Source: http://omg.yahoo.com/blogs/celeb-news/burning-why-does-kanye-west-armored-car-204653584.html?.tsrc=sun?date=20520209

Kanye West Booed At Dodgers Game

It was a move so controversial he later claimed, "I can't even get endorsements now. The ones that might have been open to me when I was just a cute kid in a Polo." November 2006: Kanye really doesn't like losing, and he reminded us of that at the MTV Europe Music Awards in November 2006, when he stage-crashed Justice vs. Simian's best video win for "We Are Your Friends." Clearly, his video "Touch the Sky" should've won because "it cost a million dollars, and Pamela Anderson was in it." Having a "sippy sippy" pre-awards show might convince one of such merits. September 2007: Awards shows are such a sticking point for Mr.
Source: http://www.cnn.com/2013/06/24/showbiz/celebrity-news-gossip/kanye-west-w-magazine

Burning Question: Why Does Kanye West Need an Armored Car?

The unapologetic hip-hop guru managed to ship over half a million units since the album's June 18 release, despite its non-traditional rollout, unsolicited leaks and limited press run. Up against Coles Born Sinner and Mac Millers Watching Movies with the Sound Off, Yeezus held the top spot in its debut week--a monumental week in hip hop--then continued to slide down the charts. Although J. Cole's Born Sinner hit the Gold mark last month, Yes album eventually caught up. Now we wait and see if Kanye's 6th solo album will rocket to Platinum status or not but, without a doubt, he has shown us that slow and steady can still win the race.
Source: http://rapfix.mtv.com/2013/08/14/kanye-wests-yeezus-album-finally-hits-gold/

Kim K Baby Daddy Kanye West - Too Much Control over North West's Mom?

"Kanye West was just shown on the jumbotron at Dodger Stadium and booed. Kanye West just got moved to second row seats near the Mets dugout. #KanyeWatch," Marzaki tweeted. "Robert Horry is at the Dodgers game and gets a loud ovation.
Source: http://global.christianpost.com/news/kanye-west-booed-at-dodgers-game-102405/

Kanye West: Love's more important than branding

A source told gossip website TMZ.com: ''Kanye wants to make sure that every single aspect of Kim's life is now handled the way he wants it to be. ''He is controlling everything from her wardrobe to business choices and it's definitely a change for Kim, who has always relied on her mother to take care of her. A lot of what Kim does now is dictated by Kanye.'' The brunette beauty, 32, who gave birth to her first child, daughter North West, in June, and has not been seen out in public since then, has reportedly decided to take a break from her long-time publicist, Jill Fritzo, as she enjoys a break from the spotlight. The source added: ''This is just another way Kanye is asserting his control over Kim and trying to make sure she follows his lead in everything instead of what her own mother has always done, which is completely expose every aspect of her life to the public for money. ''Kanye is different.
Source: http://www.nationalledger.com/pop-culture-news/kanye-west-is-too-144936.shtml
